Moreover, on the ground floor, the old stables have been restored and transformed into an original room which includes ping pong tables and tv, available to all guests. It is close to the Podere Macchietta, and shares with it a terrace with barbecue and parking area.

What is included in the price
- Prices include: electricity, water, gas (heating excluded); bed, bath and table linen; cleaning after departure; weekly cleaning and linen change for over one-week stays; access to swimming pool and common areas. Heating is paid according to consumption.
- Deposit: upon arrival a € 150,00 deposit is required which will be returned upon departure after checking of the apartment; for night departures the deposit will be returned by postal transfer at customer’s charge.
- Payment: booking deposit of 25% credited by bank money transfer. Balance on arrival by cash (2% off for cash payment) or by Traveller cheque. We do not accept any personal cheque.
- On request: extra bed (supplementary fee) and chidren’s bed free of charge for children under 3 years of age, while available.
