In the Podere Cerretaia, about 300 m away from the estate’s center and the swimming pool, are two large apartments on the first floor. Moreover, on the ground floor, the old stables have been restored and transformed into an original room which includes ping pong tables and tv, available to all guests. It is close to the Podere Macchietta, and shares with it a terrace with barbecue and parking area.
Vecchio Podere
The Vecchio Podere is the estate’s oldest building and is renowned for its historical interest; it is located nearby the estate’s center, 20 m away from the swimming pool. It is situated near the Podere Carraia and has a covered parking space. It includes three apartments
Podere La Carraia
About 40 m away from the estate’s center and the swimming pool, stands this charming villa with covered terrace and private garden. It is located next to the Vecchio Podere and has its own covered parking. Inside, it includes a single splendid four-person apartment
