What is included in the price
- Prices include: electricity, water, gas (heating excluded); bed, bath and table linen; cleaning after departure; weekly cleaning and linen change for over one-week stays; access to swimming pool and common areas. Heating is paid according to consumption.
- Deposit: upon arrival a € 150,00 deposit is required which will be returned upon departure after checking of the apartment; for night departures the deposit will be returned by postal transfer at customer’s charge.
- Payment: booking deposit of 25% credited by bank money transfer. Balance on arrival by cash (2% off for cash payment) or by Traveller cheque. We do not accept any personal cheque.
- On request: extra bed (supplementary fee) and chidren’s bed free of charge for children under 3 years of age, while available.
