Podere Cerretaia (capacity: twelve persons)
In the Podere Cerretaia, about 300 m away from the estate’s center and the swimming pool, are two large apartments on the first floor. Moreover, on the ground floor, the old stables have been restored and transformed into an original room which includes ping pong tables and tv, available to all guests. It is close to the Podere Macchietta, and shares with it a terrace with barbecue and parking area.

The Vecchio Podere is the estate’s oldest building and is renowned for its historical interest; it is located nearby the estate’s center, 20 m away from the swimming pool. It is situated near the Podere Carraia and has a covered parking space. It includes three apartments:

Podere La Canonica (capacity: six persons)
The Podere La Canonica is located in the center of the estate, 20 m away from the pool; inside, aside from a little Chapel where Mass is celebrated every Sunday, there are also two charming apartments which are normally used by the owners as a guest house of the main Villa:
